Have you dined at Be Our Guest? The ceiling of the ballroom has dozens of cherubs painted on it, reportedly featuring the faces of children of those Imagineers who worked on the project. Several of them look a bit too adult for that, I think, sporting grown-up style haircuts in some cases. Maybe some of them are modeled on the Imagineers themselves? The front-line Cast Members were told that it WAS a mixture when the restaurant was brand new, but I haven't heard confirmation yet from inside sources.
Here's a closeup of all forty cherubs. Click any picture for a larger version. Enjoy!
I've heard from a few folks who feel the cherubs are creepy, with a combination of both young/old in their appearance.
Feel free to weigh in at the comments - do you agree these "babies" look creepy?
