My question to you all:
What if Disney replaced the current "front of the line" system to one where people got a special FastPass (what if they called it AccessPass?) for the ride that let the users wait somewhere else but NOT get faster access than the Standby line?
- Would that system be legal under ADA? (I assume so - ADA says "equivalent experiences," not "enhanced experiences")
- Would an AccessPass be open to abuse? (I suppose they could do this electronically tied to admission media, rather than paper slips, so they could only issue you one at a time)
- Would AccessPass make former GAC users unhappy?
- Would AccessPass make those who do not use GAC unhappy?
