Let It Snow at Nickelodeon Hotel returns with new stage show

The Nickelodeon Hotel, right next to the WDW property, is rightly famous for its waterslides right there in the hotel courtyards (and only open to its room guests). But it has some seasonal events, including the Let It Snow overlay, which returns this year from now until the end of the holidays.

At its core, Let it Snow refers to a holiday overlay of one of its waterpark courtyards. At night, the area lights up with blue Christmas lights. Special "snow" makers whoosh out a steady stream of fake snow from above, giving the area a more holiday feel. There's a large inflatable dry-slide nearby (replacing last year's ice slide) to add extra fun.

There's also a new interactive stage show, Celebrate Nickmas, featuring many of the Nickelodeon TV stars on stage--obviously, wearing seasonal garb!

All of Let it Snow and Celebrate Nickmas are included with the resort; it's all part of what you get when reserving a room at this hotel.

Note: we were invited to a press event for the debut of Let it Snow, which included appetizers and drinks.
