DARTH VADER LEGION TO MARCH ON MINILAND AS legoland®
Florida OPENS lego® star warsTM miniland
WINTER HAVEN, Fla. (November 7, 2012) – A legion of black-robed Darth Vaders will march on Miniland Friday as the theme park officially opens its new LEGO® Star WarsTM Miniland Model Display.
Under construction for four months and crafted from 1.5 million LEGO bricks, the new area recreates scenes from each of the six Star Wars movies, and a seventh from the animated series Star Wars: The Clone WarsTM.
Fans
will delight in the famous Cantina scene and marvel at replicas of Luke
Skywalker’s X-wing starfighter, Han Solo’s starship the Millennium
Falcon and the Imperial Shuttle that transports the Dark lord of Sith
himself, Darth Vader.
