The new savory main courses are served “rodizio” style, which means a continuous service of South-American rotisserie skewers full of exquisite meats brought directly from the grill and sliced tableside throughout the entire experience.
Conveniently located in the upper level of Latin Quarter, churrascaria dining is a totally new experience housed within the favorite, award-winning cantina and club. Not only can guests enjoy a variety of mouth-watering main courses, such as filet mignon, roast beef, short ribs, lamb, pork and the house specialty picanha (top sirloin), but there is also a decadent buffet and gourmet salad bar filled with American favorites and authentic Brazilian side dishes.
