It seemed more crowded than usual this year. Does the "sold out" number change from year to year? The candy stations sported very long lines.

That looks great! We went to Mickey's ToT at Disneyland for the first time last October and have tickets for this October. I was very familiar w/ WDW's Boo to You parade and have seen so many pictures of MNSSHP that I was disappointed in Disneyland's parade and character spots. We plan on trying to get to MNSSHP one of these years on our Dream trip to WDW.
