Norway pavilion (pics)

Everyone loves Maelstrom! But have you had a look around the rest of the Norway pavilion in Epcot? There are lots of little touches and subtle humor to be found.

The pavilion is themed like a quaint village. The Akershus restaurant, now used for princess dining, is meant to be a medieval castle in Norway.

Lots of people take pics with the giant troll in the gift shop. But don't get too close--he looks scary!

There are plenty of Viking touches in the theming of the stores, but also an emphasis on "modern Norway".

Don't miss the humor of the T-shirts!
